Do not plan to leave anything of value in the robing room. \; A photographer will take your picture as you receive your diploma. You will receive future instructions from the Alumni Office about how to obtain a DVD of both the ceremony and the Senior Video\, if you should want one. \;
PARENTS: You have already received detailed information about obtaining your tickets to graduation. \; Because you will have to present your tickets for admission\, be sure to keep them in a safe place and remember to bring them the night of the ceremony. \; All in your party will receive a ticket stub upon admission to the ceremony\; you will need to use these to re-enter the sanctuary if you have to leave the building for any reason before or during the ceremony. \; Watchorn Hall\, the overflow room\, will be equipped with a 21-foot screen to show a live feed of graduation from the processional to the recessional. \; Graduation will also be filmed.

Order P.E. T-shirt (6th grade only): Sixth grade students are required to have P.E. uniforms. Payment of $15 is required at time of order (cash or check). T-shirts will be delivered to the MS in one week. Heritage Hall shorts may also be purchased in the Campus Store\, but parents can opt for any dark colored sports shorts.
Yearbooks: Order a 2013-2014 yearbook \; pick up the 2012-2013 yearbook (if ordered).
Directories &\; Handbooks: Pick up the new Student Directory and Parent and Student Handbook. Parents and students are encouraged to review the policies and information for each division. Families are allotted one directory per student. If you have changes to your address\, phone\, or email information during the year\, submit your update via the Directory Change Form or\, for changes in email addresses only\, via the Email Update Form.
