Community Service
Life's richest moments are those we share with others. Because we believe that family and community are central to a meaningful life, we affirm the values of diversity, mutual respect, and social responsibility - not only as they apply within our own walls, but also within a broader social context.
Service Learning Begins Early
Starting in the lower school, our service learning program instills the importance of community service. In the upper school, every one of our students performs at least 32 hours of annual community service for a non-profit organization. Many go beyond the minimum requirement, volunteering their own time to improve the lives of others.
Gifts of Learning, Leadership, and Preparation
We teach our students that the gifts of learning, leadership, and preparation are given so that they may be shared with others. Because the greatest gift of all is knowing you make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
