Directory Update and Media Opt-Out
Heritage Hall maintains a constituent database of past patrons, alumni, friends, current families, faculty, and staff. We understand that changes occur and ask that you keep the school informed of these changes.
As the school increases its communication methods, we offer a media opt-out form for parents who choose to restrict use of a child’s name or image in print and electronic materials produced by Heritage Hall. The following are online forms that can help our families:

To schedule an event on or off campus:
- Check all school calendars for potential conflicts.
- Fill in all pertinent information.
- Route it through the appropriate division head for approval and forwarding to weekly staff meeting.
