Tuition and Fees
The Board of Trustees is committed to making Heritage Hall education available to all qualified students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in grades 5-12. Need-based tuition assistance is awarded each year as determined by the School and Student Financial Aid Service (SSS) and in accordance with Heritage Hall's policies and guidelines. Visit the SSS site to download a Parents' Financial Statement.
Merit Scholarships
The Board of Trustees initiated the Merit Scholarship Program as a 25th Anniversary gift to the school. Awards are given to two students entering both the 6th and 9th grades. Any student who sits for the entrance test is automatically a candidate for the merit scholarship, providing they take the exam no later than the March test date. Recipients of this scholarship will receive a grant to be applied toward tuition in the amount of $4,000.00. The grant is automatically renewable each year, providing the student maintains an 85% grade average.

Methods of Payment
Tuition is payable in one of four ways: annually, by semester, or monthly over ten or twelve months, depending on your individual needs. We accept electronic fund transfers, check, cash, and money order.
Tuition Insurance
Patrons will be required to participate in the Tuition Refund Program if they elect to pay tuition in monthly installments or by semester. Tuition insurance is a one-time payment calculated at 1.5% of the net tuition.
Books
All students in grades 5-12 are required to purchase their textbooks at the beginning of each school year either through our recommended virtual bookstore, MBS Direct, or other bookstores and online vendors. At the end of the school year, if the books were purchased through the MBS Direct Virtual Bookstore, books can be returned to MBS through their guaranteed buyback program at the end of the school year. Students in grades K-4 pay an annual rental fee for textbooks.
