Heritage Hall School-Patron Association (HHSPA)

HHSPA is a volunteer association whose mission is to provide support to Heritage Hall, its Board of Trustees, administrative staff, faculty, students and patrons.  All parents, guardians, or anyone responsible for a child attending Heritage Hall is automatically a member of the Patron Association.  HHSPA volunteers are responsible for staffing, organizing, and supporting a variety of important functions on campus.  Some of the services they provide are listed below:

  • Welcomes New Patrons/Students
  • Class Coordinators for ALL Grades
  • Organizes Volunteers, including PALS
    (Parents Assisting Lower School)
  • Staffs School Book Exchange/Sale
  • Coordinates School Supplies
    for Lower School Students
  • Assists Librarians
  • Provides Volunteers for Book Fairs
  • Manages and Staffs Campus Store  
  • Assists with Picture Day
  • Plans 5th Quarter Parties
  • Fall Carnival for Lower School
  • Bingo Night for Lower School
  • Helps with Greek Banquet
  • Helps with Red Ribbon Week
  • Serves Student Thanksgiving Meals       
  • Hosts Lower School's Fall, Winter,
    and Valentine's Day Parties
  • Monthly Treats for Teacher Appreciation 
  • Annual Appreciation Week
    w/ Luncheon and Prizes
  • Provides Two Duty-Free Lunches
    for Lower School Teachers
  • Provides Grandparents' Day
    Refreshments
  • Honor Society Induction Receptions
  • Plans 8th Grade Graduation Activities  
  • Plans End-of-School Parties
  • Hosts Baccalaureate Reception
  • Organizes Senior Week
  • Provides Flowers for Senior Night
  • Organizes After-Graduation Party
  • Supports Heritage Hall's Annual Fund
  • Vending Machine Income
  • Cookbook Sales for HH Technology

HHSPA Communications Policy

All communications to the school related to HHSPA or the events and services it sponsors must first be submitted for approval to Cathy Kerr, vice president for communications.  Approved communications will be relayed to the school via e-mail, mail, or the digital marquee.  For questions and to submit an item for approval, please contact by email Cathy Kerr.
