Education Support Services
Support Services Vary by Level
Heritage Hall provides support services for students who are diagnosed with a mild learning difference. While most students are mainstreamed, the level of support varies within each division of the school.
Goal Is To Guide Students To Self-Advocate
Expectations for all Heritage Hall students increase as they progress through the school. Students who find success in the lower division may struggle when they reach the middle and upper divisions. Our goal is to teach students to compensate for their learning differences and to self-advocate so that by the time they reach the upper division, they can be successful in a tutorial-based learning support program.
If at any time our learning specialists feel that we are unable to meet a student's needs, the school will request a parent conference to make alternate recommendations.
