Safety and Security

Heritage Hall has an ongoing commitment to provide the most advanced security measures available for the safety of everyone on campus. Under the direction of the Director of Safety and Security and the Assistant Director of Safety and Security, both former Oklahoma City police officers, the school employs enhanced security protocols and technology, including strategically placed surveillance cameras and highly visible security personnel, to help promote a more secure environment.

  • Protecting Personal Property

In our continuing efforts to maintain a safe and secure campus, please keep in mind the following tips for protecting your personal possessions while on school grounds.
    • Never leave backpacks, purses, bags or valuables unattended. Be especially protective of your belongings during after-school activities and events.
    • Consider leaving electronics and other valuables locked out of sight in a locker, desk, or vehicle trunk or glove compartment.
    • Keep a picture of valuables brought to school on your cell phone and stored elsewhere, particularly traceable items with serial numbers, to increase chances of recovery if lost or stolen.
    • Immediately report crime, theft or loss to school security or administrators. You can also fill out a Missing Property Report. All items lost or stolen on campus should be reported to increase the chances of recovery and to assist in our efforts to minimize theft and maintain the integrity of our school.
While incidents of theft are extremely rare, these simple suggestions will help ensure the security of personal belongings as well as decrease opportunities for items to be lost.
