Heritage Hall Honors Faculty, Staff

On Wednesday, August 5, Heritage Hall welcomed back teachers and staff with its annual Faculty Recognition ceremony sponsored by the School’s Board of Trustees. While the event was modified to meet Heritage Hall’s campus reopening protocols – including seating honorees and guests six feet apart and providing to-go lunch boxes rather than a seated lunch – the celebratory atmosphere remained intact.

In addition to recognizing employees for milestone years of service, the School announced two inaugural chaired endowments, The Harrison Family Endowed Fund for ESS and The Bogert Family Endowed Chair for Athletics.

The Harrison Family Endowed Fund for ESS was established with seed money from the 2017 gala (chaired by patron Natalie Nelson) with a matching gift from the family of past patron and former Board of Trustee member Russ Harrison (Russ Harrison and Natalie Shirley are the parents of Chase Harrison ’17 and Kendall Harrison ’19).

The Bogert Family Endowment for Athletics was established with seed money from the 2019 gala (chaired by Brian Bogert ’95, Jenny Gray Ferguson ’96, and Heather Verity Showalter ’95) with a matching gift from the Bogert family (Andy and Vicki Bogert are the parents of Brian Bogert ’95, Brett Bogert ’05, and Brooke Bogert ’10).
