Heritage Hall Special Events

Horse Camp

Rika Toll • June 1-4 |  9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Location: ECC
Cost: $160
Grade(s): ECC

Immerse your child in all things equine with a camp taught by former equestrian Mrs. Toll and current Eventer Addy.  Our days will be filled with eating and cooking horse treats, making equine-inspired crafts, and hearing pony stories. There will be time to gallop our legs on the playground and incorporate horse nomenclature. The week will culminate with a visit from real horse, Valiant, who will be trailered onto campus for campers to touch and view horse gaits.

Academic Benefits:
  • Cognitive development through cooking by developing counting, sequence, measurement and cause/effect
  • Fine Motor Skills through art projects which involve cutting, painting, and gluing
  • Language development with introduction of new vocabulary, reading comprehension with literature, and verbal exchange during use of manipulatives
Visit Summer at The Hall to begin the registration process and view more camps for your child.
