Dress:
Men, please wear nice shoes, a cool shirt, and a tie (and trousers, of course! No jeans or shorts!).
Women, wear a cool and/or comfortable dress and shoes, both attractive and comfortable.

Sequence of Events:
5:00 p.m. - Chorus members warm up in the robing room
5:15 p.m. - All seniors assemble in the robing room (you will be shown its location at rehearsal) NO LATER THAN 5:30 p.m. LEAVE EARLY! REMEMBER 5:00 TRAFFIC!
6:00 p.m. - Processional begins promptly

Do not plan to leave anything of value in the robing room. A photographer will take your picture as you receive your diploma. You will receive future instructions from the Alumni Office about how to obtain a DVD of both the ceremony and the Senior Video, if you should want one.

PARENTS: Because you will have to present your tickets for admission, be sure to keep them in a safe place and remember to bring them the night of the ceremony. All in your party will receive a ticket stub upon admission to the ceremony; you will need to use these to re-enter the sanctuary if you have to leave the building for any reason before or during the ceremony. Charger Vision will also do a live broadcast of graduation.

SENIORS: AFTER THE CEREMONY, BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR GOWN TO US IN THE ROBING ROOM AND RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA!
