Retirement Plan

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Heritage Hall TIAA-CREF Retirement Plan, administered by the Teachers’ Insurance and Annuity Association in New York.
The Plan may provide benefits upon retirement, death, or termination of employment.

Employees may begin plan participation after reaching 23 years of age and after completing one year of full-time employment.

Each year, Heritage Hall will contribute a sum equal to 5% of salary on behalf of all plan participants. After an employee reaches age 40, the School will additionally match the employee's contribution, dollar for dollar, up to an additional 5%.

Employees become vested at the rate of 25% per year of service, reaching full vestment in their fourth year at Heritage Hall.
