Special Event Honors Leadership Donors

On Friday, August 12, Heritage Hall opened its Lower School doors to members of the School’s Leadership Society for an event honoring their generosity and support. Hosted by the Heritage Hall Development Office and Board of Trustees, the event provided a perfect opportunity for board members to engage with those who contributed $1,000 or more to the 2021-22 Annual Fund or $5,000 or more to the 2022 Heart of Gold gala.

“The Board recognizes the importance of developing relationships with donors and welcomed this opportunity to meet with Leadership Society members. Throughout the evening, our trustees heard many inspiring donor stories regarding their connections to the School and why it is important to them to support Heritage Hall,” explained Director of Development Jenifer Standish.

Those in attendance, including donors, trustees, faculty, and administrators, heard from President Aaron L. Fetrow, who provided insight into the coming year and current projects and unveiled the master campus plan. The event was catered by SAGE Dining Services and Social Order with entertainment by Middle and Upper School accompanist DaLeesa Wyatt.

“The Annual Fund is an investment in excellence that directly impacts the people and programs that distinguish a Heritage Hall education. The Heart of Gold event benefits our endowment and teachers – the heart of Heritage Hall. The leadership event was a way of letting our donors know how important they are and how much we appreciate them,” Standish said.
