Children’s Author Aaron Reynolds Visits Lower School

On September 9, Heritage Hall Lower School welcomed author Aaron Reynolds, a #1 New York Times bestselling author of nearly 50 children’s books, including Caldecott Honor Medalist Creepy Carrots! There were giggles and gasps aplenty as Reynolds introduced his newest book Creepy Crayon!

Following the presentation, students enjoyed meeting the author one-on-one during a book signing in the LS Library. “Bringing in professional authors like Aaron Reynolds is important because they inspire our young HH Chargers to read, write, and draw.  Mr. Reynolds certainly sparked the imagination of our students with his presentation,” observed Lower School Librarian Susan Story.
