Patrons Association

The objective of the Heritage Hall School Patrons Association (HHSPA) is to support the mission statement of Heritage Hall in cooperation with the Board of Trustees, administrative staff, faculty, students, and patrons. Any person who is responsible for a child attending Heritage Hall is automatically a member of the Patrons Association. HHSPA welcomes volunteers to serve our school community in many different ways. Here are some examples:

  • Welcoming New Patrons and communication
  • Class Coordinators (Grades PS-12)
  • Annual and monthly Teacher Appreciation
  • Campus store staffing and stocking
  • Library volunteers for the Lower School and The Rainbolt Family Library
  • LS PALS (Parents Assisting Lower School Teachers)
  • Annual book buyback
  • Special Events by division:
    • LS Carnival and Bingo Night
    • MS Olympics and Red Ribbon Week
    • Freshmen 5th Quarter Parties
    • US Baccalaureate Reception
  • Fundraising Activities ($20-30K given back annually to school)
    • Charger Corner store and division kiosks
    • Businesses' school donation programs
