Jenetta Stephens Grantham '74

Jenetta Lea (Stephens) Grantham, Dallas, TX, peacefully entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Dec. 12, 2013. Born Jan. 19, 1956, in Hobart, OK, Jenetta attended Heritage Hall High School in Oklahoma City before studying at Oklahoma State University. She then obtained her CPA, receiving the prestigious Gold Award. She started her career with Arthur Young & Co. in both Oklahoma City and Dallas and was working for a local family upon her death.

She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Stephens, and mother, Allene Stephens, of Oklahoma City, OK. She is survived by her husband, Dale, Dallas; daughter, Melody, her husband Michael Gardner, grandchildren Anna (4) and Elizabeth Gardner (2), Grapevine, TX; son, Stephen Grantham, Madison, WI; and sister, Jenyne Purdy, Tulsa, OK. Born Jan. 19, 1956, in Hobart, OK, Jenetta attended Heritage Hall High School in Oklahoma City before studying at Oklahoma State University. She then obtained her CPA, receiving the prestigious Gold Award. She started her career with Arthur Young & Co. in both Oklahoma City and Dallas and was working for a local family upon her death. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, of Richardson, TX. Viewing will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 at Restland in Dallas, TX.
