Applying to Heritage Hall

Admission at every grade level is based on the following:
  • Results of standardized admission testing (grades 5-12)
  • Previous school records and transcripts
  • Teacher recommendations
  • Information obtained during an interview or school visit
Apply by submitting our online application. The $60 application fee includes the cost of admission testing. Students are admitted according to academic potential, developmental readiness, and the ability to contribute to a diverse class environment.

  • Early Childhood Center (ECC) - PS/PK

    Preschool (PS) applicants must be three years of age by September 1. Our PS program offers three schedule options.

    PK applicants must be four years of age by September 1. Our Pre-K program offers two schedule options.

    Tour our campus and schedule an individual Shadow Day at admission@heritagehall.com.
  • Lower School (Grades K-4)

    Kindergarten applicants must be at least five years of age by September 1. Kindergarten is an all-day program.
  • Middle School (Grades 5-8)

    • Tour our campus and schedule an individual Shadow Day at admission@heritagehall.com.
    • Admission testing is conducted either in a group setting or on an individual basis. The admission office will call to arrange a test date after receiving your application.
    • Submit Math and English Teacher Recommendation Forms, grades from the two years, and download the Student Supplement (via MY PORTAL).

    Sports Eligibility (grades 7-12): Heritage Hall is a member of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA). For more information about specific eligibility situations, please contact the Admission Office (405.749.3002)
  • Upper School (Grades 9-12)

    • Visit the campus facilities and classrooms and schedule an individual Shadow Day.
    • Admission testing is conducted either in a group setting or on an individual basis. The admission office will call to arrange a test date after receiving your application.
    • Submit both Math and English Teacher Recommendation Forms and download the Student Supplement Form (using your online application account), and drop off or fax grades for the last two years to 405.751.7372.

    Sports Eligibility
    : Heritage Hall is a member of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) for student athletes in grades 7-12. Transfer students in grades 9-12 are immediately eligible for junior varsity competition. The rules of the OSSAA for a student who transfers from one school to another in grades 9-12 vary depending on the school they are leaving, where they live, and whether they are moving from out of town.
