A Space for Students to Thrive
Our Lower School represents the foundation of a Heritage Hall education. It is where curiosity is first nurtured, where lifelong friendships are formed, and where the habits of heart and mind that define our graduates take root.
As our school’s enrollment has grown over the decades, our campus has worked to accommodate our students in the optimal surroundings for a superior educational experience.
This final phase of Lower School renovations will include:
- A state-of-the-art STEM room
- Four new 4th-grade classrooms
- New office and conference room space for Mrs. Horn and Mrs. Foshee ’06
- A dedicated faculty lounge and restrooms for teachers
- Extensive renovations to existing classrooms
- A new Lower School playground
The Dobson Family Challenge
We are excited to share the next chapter in the continued transformation of Heritage Hall’s Lower School. President Aaron L. Fetrow’s letter announces the Dobson family’s generous $1 million challenge gift and the extraordinary opportunity it creates for our community.

We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary generosity of the Dobson Family, whose enduring commitment to Heritage Hall inspires our whole community. To propel this final Lower School expansion forward, the Dobson Family has extended a $1,000,000 matching challenge gift, doubling the impact of every contribution dollar-for-dollar to unlock $2,000,000 for our Chargers.
